Sever Family // Sunrise Photo Session, Navarre Beach

I enjoy a great sunrise session like I often blab about here and what I love about them is the gorgeous skies and the tranquil seas. I love how the sea provides the perfect backdrop to your family story. It’s here at the sea where you commit to marriages, splash around in the waves or sit peacefully by the waters edge to reflect. Whatever the occasion is the beach is constant and keeps giving. I am in awe at it’s splendor everyday.

My heart always just a beat when I get clients specifically request Sunrise photo sessions. I really enjoy them so much. The Sever Family was eager to book a sunrise session on our lovely beaches here in Navarre. This family was very familiar with these beaches so you can imagine how much it meant to them to get photos taken at the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast.

What I remember most about talking with Rachel in planning her photo session was her requesting outfit changes so I could get photos of her sweet children playing the water. I told her that it would be just fine and I would be happy to do that for her. Sometime though during the session the little ones just started making their way to the waters edge. As they moved deeper and deeper into the water their giggles intensified!

And don’t worry we had already taken all of the portraits at this point. This was the fun part of the session and the part the kids look forward to most. I say if you have the time, extra clothes or towel let them take that plunge! I swear to you that you will get more out of them once they know they know they can splash around in that gorgeous water. And that I guarantee! - Jessica
